  • The New Mexico State Library expands access to books with its Books by Mail program, which helps rural and homebound readers. Residents may qualify if they live far from a public library (or need large-print books or accessibility support).  KOAT

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • A winter storm is set to move into New Mexico later today, with rain and mixed winter showers arriving this evening and higher terrain likely to see snow tonight. Albuquerque may experience a wintry mix tomorrow that could slow morning commutes.  KOAT

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Office of Broadband Access and Expansion released its Three-Year Statewide Broadband Plan that maps out new steps to bring high-speed internet to every home, business, farm, and institution across the state from 2026 through 2028 using input from the Connect New Mexico Council and other local stakeholders.  KOAT
