- ➤ According to Triple A, gas prices nationwide averaged $4.48 per gallon—30 cents higher than last week—while New Mexico drivers paid $4.16 a gallon as of May 5, with Albuquerque at $4.12 and Santa Fe at $4.19. KOAT
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Early voting has begun at county clerk offices with more sites opening on May 16, and voters must cast their ballots by Tuesday, June 2 in the primary election. KOAT
- ➤ The bench trial between the state and Meta advanced this week in Santa Fe as the court reviews a proposal for new rules following a $375 million jury penalty. Meta mentioned 38 times that it might stop operating if the judge approves a seven-page list of state demands. KOAT
