- ➤ New Mexico Friends of Foster Children—a group that has aided kids for a decade—announced its merger with Arizona’s Foster Alliance to boost basic safety items for over 2,000 foster children with around 1,000 homes available; CYFD Secretary Teresa Casados said the partnership will ease staffing issues and improve care for these children.
