- ➤ The Japanese Cultural Center has been open since 2024 and was built over decades of effort by Calvin Kobayashi and community members to preserve Japanese traditions. The center offers origami, Japanese language classes, literature and media exhibits, and plans a veterans memorial alongside future cooking classes — providing locals a unique insight into Japanese culture. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Red Apple Transit now offers two additional bus stops to the San Juan County government complex in Aztec—expanding public transportation options for local riders. The Farmington Fire Marshal also shared wildfire safety tips while San Juan College will partner with Western Governors University to help graduates continue their education. Farmington Local News
