  • Data from the International Roughness Index shows New Mexico ranks fourth worst for rough roads and travelers have noted potholes and deep ruts—Main Street in Farmington is under construction to address these issues. Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham said heavy truck traffic and extreme weather add to the repair costs while local officials work with limited funding.  KOAT
