GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The City of Farmington reported that a pump malfunction at Water Treatment Plant #2 on Friday, October 17 caused a temporary chlorine odor for customers east and south of the plant—although water levels stayed safe and returned to normal after Jacobs replaced the pump, flushed the system for eight hours, and conducted continuous testing. The city explained that the odor came from combined chlorine in the water and urged residents that their water was never unsafe. City of Farmington
